Terms of Service

1. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of project invoices, AGI Technologies transfers 100% ownership rights of custom source code, design assets, and project deliverables to the client.

2. Service Level Agreements

Project milestones and timelines are executed according to the parameters specified in signed Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Warranty & Code Support

All custom deliverables include a standard 30-day post-launch bug fix warranty, during which any deviation from specified functional requirements will be resolved at no additional cost.
